I have started a Flickr sidebar plugin for Serendipity.  In order to make sure it is not too slow I am cacheing the RSS feed hourly.  It is set up to allow multiple instances of the plugin (for multiple feeds).  I also added a configuration for the number of entries.  I want to add a configuration to allow the "[username] posted a picture" message from each photo.  Also, the feeds use the "small" size by default, but the "thumbnail" size is more appropriate so that is what I am using.
