From Adam Connor, Will Continuations Kill Java?
If developers start becoming comfortable with continuations for the web, this could be the kind of sea-change in developer mindset that will make Java seem old-hat.
That would be awful, of course - right now us Smalltalkers have a huge competitive advantage. Wouldn't want to lose that....

Incidentally, I wonder if the "sea-change" reference was intentional? Either way, I predict it shows up in one of my talk titles some day - it's too bad a pun to resist.
