Spotted in Engadget:

At long last Mac and Linux users don't have to feel like second class citizens in Chrome land: they've got official beta versions of Google's browser to call their own.

I'm giving it a try for a day or two; maybe Google Wave won't eat Chrome alive the way it chews up and spits out Firefox (memory consumption wise, that is). We'll see - I've made it the default browser so I can see what it's like in regular rotation.
