I'd like to point people toward an ex-colleague of mine called Matthew Dunn. He is an exceptional programmer and an all-round good guy. He's just started a blog.
Matthew programmed in Smalltalk for many years while working at Wizard. His new job has him doing C# programming. Evidently, he's discovered that all the best-practice stuff that he did here has been lost on the C# programmers - his new blog talks a lot about patterns, writing less code, etc. It's a good read if you're a C# developer or if you're a Smalltalker wanting to know how these patterns translate.
Good luck with your blog Matt!
