Scoble keeps at the search issue for RSS, paying close attention to Technorati and BlogLines. This is what caught my attention:

I'm glad to see that reporting. I've tried a few citation searches on BlogLines, and some of them fail consistently - for instance, this one for my blog. I've yet to get anything other than a reported database issue. I was starting to wonder whether there was some odd problem at my end, which is kind of a silly thought, but in line with what usability testers report. And Technorati gave me the same kind of result...
