Mobile Developers Conference 2004 will be held in San Francisco on March 23-27. I'm excited about this event due to the keynotes by Bill Gates and Don Box. Plus, the pre-con is by Jim Wilson and the post-con is by Doug Boling! To top that, I've been invited to speak on the following:
ASP.NET Mobile Controls "Whidbey" In the "Whidbey" release of ASP.NET the controls model has been unified so that ASP.NET controls inherently support mobile devices without the need for separate mobile controls. This session covers the new features for supporting mobile devices in ASP.NET
Mobilizing Your Desktop Applications This session will look at the techniques, tips and tricks for developing smart device versions of your existing desktop applications. Learn about UI best practices and design considerations for creating compelling smart device applications. Non-desktop developers will also benefit from the many design tips and smart device development best practices covered by this session.
