Well, I have arrived.  I'm at PDC chillin' in one of the many spots for jacking in to the 'NET.  There's clearly more power strips than previous conferences and the wireless coverage appears to be fantastic.  (Many TechEds have seen attendees lined up against the walls in search of power)

Got in to LAX as one of the last planes before they shut down the airport (temporarily?) because of fires in the Valley.  Looks like they have folks fly into SFO or Las Vegas and bus in.  We shall see.  Otherwise, things are already looking good for a 1st class conference.
