I spent the day with my grandmother and there's nothing more to be done. I'm heading out of Manchester NH airport early tomorrow morning for LA. I will be staying at the Wilshire Grand as is Ingo. Some form of dinner is on Saturday night. This is a big week for me. It's actually my first PDC (although I have been in every one of the Alpha programs since NT 1993). You can see me in action at my COM Intreop BOF at the early hour of 10pm Tuesday night (you don't actually think you will sleep at the PDC will ya??). Please come by even if to say hello but we have all the COM Interop allstars in one room and it should be great. I feel as excited as I did when I was in the .NET Early Adopter's Program (EAP). I know a seismic shift is coming (again). I'll finally get to write about Whidbey after all these months but I will also get a look at Avalon, Longhorn and Yukon that I have never seen. I do think its a very exciting time to be a  Microsoft developer. .NET made me and my teams greatly more productive. I will expect more of that going forward.

Its also going to be a very busy week. There are many people I have meetings set up with, several big deals in the works (stay tuned.). Update: Others are posting their pictures. I don't want to break your browsers-) but if you must see what I look like in advance see Julie's site a few months ago.
