I'm attending Microsoft's CIO Summit today. The trip out here was really a grind, but now that I'm here I'm enjoying it. As usual, Redmond is a lovely change of scenery for those coming from the midwest. Too bad the Pacific Northwest is so far away from the rest of "my" civilized world. Anyway, I'll be blogging the event. If you're interested in technical information, don't bother reading these entries. The CIO Summit is not about new technology, it is about applying technology in business and planning for the future. But, there are some interesting things being talked about here nonetheless. I'll have some entries later today that summarize the talks given by Eric Rudder and Steve Ballmer, and maybe some others. More later.
