Learn how you could make a FaceTime Video Call on iPhone 4.
With the iPhone 4 you could make a FaceTime call so that both parties could see each other while speaking over the phone. Here’s how:
Note: Both parties must have iPhone 4 or iPad and a Wi-Fi connect to be able to use FaceTime.
1.    Press the Home key.
2.    Then dial in the number to make a call.
3.    Now tap on FaceTime video icon and wait for the other person to accept the connection.
Once you have establish a FaceTime call with the other person their contact is then save in the contact list.
