Learn how you could response to a second incoming call on iPhone while you are chatting on the first call.

From time to time you may hear a second incoming call while you are speaking to the first caller. When the iPhone receives the second incoming call the screen will show the caller's information and give you a list of options of what you can do. If you would like to pickup the second call then here's how:

Note: You will have a few options:

• You can tap on Ignore to send that call to voicemail.
• You can put the first caller on hold and response to the second caller by tapping Hold Call + Answer.
• You can end the first call and response to the second call by tapping on End Call + Answer.

You could also switch between the two calls by tapping on the Swap button, and if you like, you could even merge the two calls into a conference call where everyone can speak and listen to each other by tapping on Merge Calls.
