Michael Aossey: i am having a problem with entering stock sales
Michael Aossey: the stock was purchased as part of an employee purchase plan
Michael Aossey: i entered a number of the purchases fine and then the form was no longer the same when i click on enter another transaction
Michael Aossey: i have no clue why it would just change
Michael Aossey: i have logged out and back in twice, rebooted my computer and nothing helps

C Jess: If I understand you correctly, you are using TurboTaxfor web Basic 2003, Am I right?
Michael Aossey: i think that I am using delux web but there was no option for that on the menu

Michael Aossey: this is unacceptable. I have been waiting for over 25 mins and you are the second person that I have talked to. I thought this was tech support, is it?

C Ian: Michael, after you enter the details of the first purchase then you have the option new transaction, when you click on it what screen do you see?
Michael Aossey: hang on i will tell you exactaly what it says
Michael Aossey: Employee stock purchase plan (espp)
Michael Aossey: was the stock in this transaction sold in 2003
Michael Aossey: options: yes, no
Michael Aossey: i click yes
Michael Aossey: then i get a screen that says: enter the name of the stock and the sale date for this transaction. The sale date must have been in 2003
C Ian: Michael, Is there anything else i can help you with?
Michael Aossey: i do not know that i have been helped with this problem
C Ian: Michael, which is different tell me please?
Michael Aossey: after i enter the name and sale date i click continue....
Michael Aossey: it then says: Were any of the shares of GTW that you sold in this transaction purchased at different times or at different prices?
Michael Aossey: i click yes
Michael Aossey: then continue
Michael Aossey: it asks for the grant date and purchase date
Michael Aossey: i enter them...
Michael Aossey: i click next
Michael Aossey: it then asks me for number of shares sold
Michael Aossey: market price on purchase date
Michael Aossey: price i acctually paid and commission fees
Michael Aossey: the other transactions I entered asked me for all this info at this screen plus the market price at the grant date
Michael Aossey: i am not able to put in all the information that I need to at this point. Why is this diffent all of a sudden
Michael Aossey: i completed 12 entries with out a problem and then it changed
C Ian: Michael, after 12 what it show or how the form is ?
Michael Aossey: it list all 12 and it gives me option to enter a new trans. when I click the new trans option i get the screens i discribed above
Michael Aossey: do you understand my problem
C Ian: Michael, if you want to enter more amount of data then you have to buy desktop product, web products capacity is less.
Michael Aossey: so 12 is the limit then it breaks
Michael Aossey: ???
Michael Aossey: that is the biggest copout i have ever heard
Michael Aossey: is there a number I can call to tell someone this product sucks
Michael Aossey: you people have wasted more of my time than anyone in history
Michael Aossey: answer me
