Well, I was going to release Ruport 0.4.5 as a development release, but I decided to wait until tomorrow instead for two reasons.

1) I'm going to NYC right now to meet some fellow SoC'ers :)

2) I want to use the release as an example for my intern so I can... get him to do releases for me in the future. :)
