Stupid method of the day: String#swapcase.

How did this make it into the core library? Oh, I'm sure there was some ultra important reason. Just like I'm sure there's an ultra important reason we need to add optional block syntax to <insert method here>.

I guess string.tr('a-zA-Z','A-Za-z') was just too difficult to remember and such a common operation that it had to have its own method. NOT.

API freeze. Now. Seriously.
