They say in research articles that there is a trend towards J2ME in the
setbox runnning the Personal Java Profile. However, both
Espial and Liberate Technologies
have not released emulators/simulators running on top of J2ME as of yet.
Liberate ha sJ2ME compiance as far as cotnent authorign but what about
real java app srunning in iTV/JavaTV, but maybe I need to re-examine what
I understand of Liberate's tools.
I just want to find an iTV/JavaTV
emulator/simulator somewhere that runs on top of J2ME so that I can
determine the porting obstaqcles goign from PersonalJava iTV/JavaTV apps
to J2ME iTV/JavaTV apps. I also am not in the position to buy this
software.
Other peole are starting to realize the gaming potential
of iTV/javaTV, for example
