The Fair And Biased Blog asked that I blog about Grokker so here goes. It is a searching visualization program. It appears to break results up into logical groups. Apparently, it is all written in Java. I would guess from the graphics it uses Java3D. I'll have to try to track down the authors for an interview. In the meantime here are a few pics:
