After walking around the Moscone center, things are still be put up, hung and sorted out before the conference officially opens tomorrow. It's spookily quiet here at the moment but I'm sure that will change. Registration was a breeze and the tradition of not giving JavaOne speakers conference bags has been broken - speakers get a conference bag! As I write this, I'm standing downstairs in Moscone North and have just met a fellow Brit! Oh, and I'm using the JavaOne wireless access which works a treat.
As for the weather here, it's absolutely gorgeous! We hear it's raining back home... ;-)
