Past three trips--first trip, maintenance delay. Second trip, maintenance delay including changing planes. Third trip late arrival delay resulting in baggage not transferred. Baaaad airline, no cookie....
I'm cashing in my miles on some flights (which btw one has to plan out many months in advance due to 'availability') and moving to a different airline. I can't imagine anyone being worse.
