Places like CraigsList are so spam filled when searching for paid start-up development opportunities. We need something different.

I am wondering if it would not be better to post a long analysis on both the business side and technical side to say to sites that VCs follow with a website link to my resume would be somewhat better odds. I could use tiddlywiki and put my resume up at Googlepages. And certainly it would be a more enjoyable search as I like to analyze and see how one can do something better as far as bootstrapping start-up development.
