Reading this week's eWEEK coverage of the BlackHat conference, one topic, 'Upwrapping Oracle PL/SQL', given by Pete Finnigan stood out for me. How can companies properly protect their investments in their business logic and rules, when the biz logic and rules migrates to the entity layer, how are these protected ? They may already be well debated in the Java community, but in the .NET world this is likely a new and important consideration.
