I think I finally have determined which optimized set up of CruiseControl will work with my computer system. Now if I had an Alienware MJ-12 7550a Workstation I would just simply use a J2EE server and a JVM java native database such as Aapche Derby DB. But, in economized machines we only have about 2 Gigs of RAM to be used by the JVMs of the IDE and the J2EE server.

Thus it is a decision between MySQL and Postgres. Both seem to have low memory settings and ocnfigurations.
