I am putting in changes for Atennna 0.9.14alpha into CVS. New changes for 0.9.14, recognition of Sun WTK23 and some new optional jsrs enabled properties to use such as probably:

wtk.contenthandler.enabled
wtk.sata.enabled
wtk.locationservices.enabled

I needed the functionality for another project and thus I am adding it now and will post an alpha build of this release later today on this blog for everyone to use. Expected date full produciton release is about 15 to 60 days due to day jobs of other Antenna developers.
