If you have recently used Callisto to fully update from an Eclipse binary install than you might want to run the update manager with the Callisto Discovery site checked. New releases of sub projects have started to appear.
For example, Callisto first isntalls WTp 1.0.1 under Eclispe 3.2RC1 and now you can install WTP1.5 to update WTP. Also, you will notice being able to update opensource libraries that Eclispe depends upon in its operation.
