To begin with: I want to thank Bill Venners for letting me post my thoughts in a public forum. I admire him for his bravery, but I notice that he let's Ken Arnold blog here too!

Secondly, the name "Indeterminate Heuristics": Fancy words that mean "I don't know"! I wanted to use "defenestrate" and "cabal" but some strange guy in a suit "suggested" it would be wise to toss those "ideas" out the window.

Next, my topics will mostly center around:

Finally, I want to illuminate that the most sublime, obscure and hardest aspect to understand about software is that it's all about people.
