Design vs Implementation

It appears that much of the discussion comes down to
design versus implementation. The problems of composition
seem to be those noted in Doug Bell's "One-sided"
message, while the pro's are noted in Ntraj Gujran's
"Inheritance by delegation" message. Other messages expound
and expand upon these points, but seem to fall into the same
category.

Is this an accurate summary?

From a strictly DESIGN point of view (ignore reality),
what are the reasons you should not use composition?
