hello sir,
i am facing problems in designing firewall in
java.the problem is...how to open a port or close a
port.how to scan a port..
in most of the programs which i had seen ..what they
r doing is ,they r creating a socket for the ip
address n scanning the ports..
while doing this i am facing a problem..with out
running any url on my computer that program shows some
ports are listenning..
and kindly give me information about "how to
block all the internet traffic prior to go for rules"
