I'm beginning to work with javascript so I know nearly nothing. I'm creating a site for a group of friends who have ask to me about that and I have a problem with a scroll area in the home site. I want to insert a scroll area to include all the news and updates but it doesn't stay fix. It moves depend on how you move the page. I don't know if you understand what I mean. In case you don't I'll post the link to my problem.
