Using JDBC2

Since I have to use functions as "last/previous/relative...", (witch are purely JDBC 2), I'd like to use JDBC2 options.
But I have the same message "ResultSet is TYPE_FORWARD_ONLY", even if I'm specifying other options in my Statement.

Does anyone have an example of using this functions that would work properly ???
