activeCount() and enumerate() inconsistency

Hi!

I'm having the same problem you had with the activeCount(), I think that it counts all the threads started and not only the "active", which is highly anoying and doesn't follow the doc of the method. I made some experiences and even when the child is dead the threadgroup doesn't decrement the activecount().

Do you already have any solution to this problem? If you do please answer me, cause I'm in trouble.
