What's wrong with this Java APPLET ?

This HTML file contains APPLET which runs OK:
http://www.daveryder.freeserve.co.uk/splitsbrowser/examples/Test/cvsTest.htm

but when I move it to
http://www.orienteering.org.il/SplitsBrowser/cvsTest.htm

and change relative path of ARCHIVE (jar file) and inpute file to an absolute
addresses, it doesn't work. Can you explain me why, please ?
