Franklin,

I had something similar happen regarding FileNotFound errors in JRun. JRun doesn't use the CLASSPATH you have set up on your IIS machine. It uses it's own classpath, which you have to set with JRun Admin. Try configuring JRun to use the classpath you have your servlet in and fire it off again.
