Opening HTML document in a stand alone application

Hi there,

My question is how to invoke browser or open HTML document in a Frame. That
is if the application is invoked using main method. In one of project i need to
open a HTML document when help button is clicked. Remember applicaion is not
invoked through browser but from command prompt(it is a stand alone application). Does this vary on windows and
unix?, 'bcoz this particular application needs to run on both the operating system. Please note that no applet involved.
Please let me know how to do this???.
