Java - Displaying Notepad Help

If you can run an exe, all you have to do is run "%windir%\hh %windir%\help\notepad.chm"

> i am devloping a notepad in java2.0 .i want your help to load .hlp file of actual microsoft "notepad" to my java notepad.please also suggest to devlope own .hlp file. yes! one more thing ,i am able to load .exe file like paintbrush, etc but not the .hlp file
