Creating Excel Files using Java

Can anybody throw some light on this subject please, My requirement is to create an excel file using Java code. I have a CSV file which has some data and which has to loaded onto a Excel file. I dont know if there are any classes already available which will help me do this. Or if i have to write the class myself, how do I approach it? Can anybody help me on this please??
