Get a value from another frame

Hopefully somebody can help.

I have 3 frames loaded in a browser and from the bottom frame I want to create a script which can read a variable in the body of text e.g.

I am trying to find the variable bookmark and when it is found get the value.

I have tried and tried but keep on geeting object expect.

Please help.. Heres my script so far
