jTable Selection

I post the same question as was posted on July 17...
I need to add listeners to my Jtable cells to detect which one is selected and when the selection changes. I also want one selected on launch. I have it set up so that I'm adding a table model to a Jtable and this to a scrollpane. How can I add the listeners. Any advice is welcome
