Javax interfaces

Hi,

How can I create (like I would initialize/instantiate an object) some of the following interfaces (I need to use them in APIs) :

1. javax.servlet.ServletConfig

2. javax.servlet.http.HttpRequest

3. javax.servlet.http.HttpResponse
