You didn't specifically state what to help you need. We'll have to assume, based upon your terrible writing, that what you seek is English writing help. I suggest 6th grade English lessons for starters. Maybe you can find a copy Writing for Dummies at your local bookstore or library, if they won't let you back into 6th grade again.
