Booters in Chat Rooms

I have the similar problem concerning booters but this time its people not letting me in chat rooms. I get frustrated about this. It isnt fair. I was wondering where can I get such a program to prevent and block booters to getting me out of chat rooms? If you are reading this and you know please tell me. That would be great. Thanx.
