HI,

I am trying to run the shell script from java application using
Java Runttime class and My application resets the password on os390(mainframe) using the tsocmd command which is embedded in the shell script. But it is opening the file descriptor at mainframe end. I am closing all the input and ouput streams as well I am doing process.destory() and System.gc() but still the application opening the file descriptor.

Appreciate if anybody help us in solving the problem.
