Extracting data from html files

I want to extract real time river water levels from the following file, http://water.usgs.gov/wa/nwis/current/?type=flow. I want to be able to step through each line and compare the id number, and if it is one that I want, to extract that line from the file.

Is there any api or classes that would enable me to do this? I'll be using them in jsp and servlets.
