Urgent Help needed on Socket

Dear Friends

Assume that I am not connected with Internet. I want to start my internet through my Modem and telephon line. I can use dial up connection on windows NT platform. But instead of that I want to do the same using java program. i.e. I want to execute following steps through java program only.

1) Dial the Number of internet provider.
2) give username and password
3) if not connected repeat step-1
4) Start some work with Internet

I will be happy if some body help me.
