Viewing a preview on the same page or frame

Hi Sir,
I made a program that browse a file from c drive.
Sir i add a button with it named preview.
Sir i want the preview on the same page on the right side
So that one can browse file and can also preview at the same time resting on the same page.
I have made this page in html
can u give me any javascript or applet source code that can do it ur student
