Security issue in Java RMI

In Java RMI
Even after setting the socket permission with policy tool, I am getting the following error

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission 1
27.0.0.1:1099 connect,resolve)
Can anybody let me know the soln
