Cross Reference of archive files

Need a clarification whether cross EAR, cross JAR, cross WAR references are possible in iPlanet6.0 or weblogic 6.0 sp2. If u know any other servers that supports this please do mention. i have 2 application ear files, one of the servlets in an application has to interact with utility classes and calls a bean of the other application. how do u achieve this ?? u can mail me at vinaychandragn@hotmail.com thanx in advance
