Set HM_GL_BorderWidth to zero in HM_Loader.js file

Hi
There is a file HM_Loader.js that comes with the bundle of files you download. In this file just set the variable HM_GL_BorderWidth to zero as:
HM_GL_BorderWidth = 0;

If you want to overrride the border property just in one page then in your page define a variable
HM_PG_BorderWidth = 0; and this will change the border width of menu only in your current page.
