Hi,

Use this oracle query for the required format

select to_char(to_date(sysdate,'dd-mon-yy'),'Month dd,yyyy')||' at ' || to_char(to_date(sysdate,'dd-mon-yy'),'hh:mi:ss')from dual

Instead of sysdate give ur datefield name and instead of dual use ur table name.

If not satisfied see below
