· Enthusiastic about Scala and it's capabilities · Strong development background (Ideally Java but others considered) · Comfortable with high-transactional applications/websites · Passionate about TDD and Lean methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/XP) · Extremely passionate about clean, changeable, maintainable code · Passionate about other tools and technologies, selecting the right one for the job
