Bill,

Any chance that a few others of us could get them. I think we all bought the 1st edition and I'd love to get the 2nd.

BTW, I would have sent this through email, but none of the usual emails (info, sales, etc) work or get a response.

Hi Bill,

I actually purchased my first edition book a month after David, in January 2011, (order #7381). Would I also be eligible for the complimentary upgrade?

If not, can you please email me the upgrade coupon? Not sure why I didn't get it.
