Hi
I've ordered a pdf/print combo back in 16.03.2008 [1], but I've received nothing from you so far.

My email asking the delivery status 2 weeks ago is still unanswered.

What's going on here?

regards
Ben

Hi Ben,

Sorry I never received your email. Right now we allow people to pre-order the printed book when they buy the PDF as a convenience if they know now they want it, so they don't have to go back later and buy the printed book individually. The printed book is not yet finished. It will be shipped to you once it's printed. Were you not aware of that when you purchased? We tried to make it very clear, but probably we should repeat it in the confirmation email. Also, did you download the PDF? You could have downloaded it as soon as you purchased. You can get it from the URL in your confirmation email, or you can log in and get it from your settings page. The PDF is called a PrePrint because it is an early access version of a not-quite-finished book.

Bill
